Really comfy bed after 26h travel - suite is great: clean, spacious - but mine is street front with power washer going this morning: pool overlook to rear is what I will know to ask for next time :). Check in was really good - I forgot to ask for wifi (tired!) but was able to call down to front desk and have it added to my bill right away. Free continental breakfast too: fresh baked scones :)

This is definitely the hotel in American Samoa with the most amenities and most like hotels found on the U.S. Mainland like larger chain hotels. The staff was very friendly and this was a very convenient place to stay near the airport with a free shuttle to/from airport and we could even get a rental car right there at the hotel, which helped tremendously. Thank you!

Some staff here are fantastic, especially in the bar and restaurant. And some of the reception staff are ok …. But a some (especially the one closest to the door) were appalling - playing on phone, hugely inconvenienced and sneering if asked for anything. She needs a back office role.

The staff is very friendly and helpful at all levels, and usually responded quickly to requests. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the beds are very comfortable. But maintenance was not good. Very low water pressure in the shower and a general appearance of deferred maintenance. Staff and/or locals seemed to have a party just outside the hotel entrance after dark on most nights so that it was to noisy to leave the window open.

Of the 3 hotels we stayed in, this is really the only one that I would recommend. Only complaint is the free breakfast. The coffee was good, but the juice was horrific. I'm not a breakfast eater so the toast and breads were not something I was interested in, but the coffee was. In my opinion, it would have been better to not have the breakfast and have free WiFi instead.

The Deluxe Suite was very nice and spacious. It was clean and AC worked very well. Best part was the nice, comfy bed. I want one just like it. Complimentary breakfast had your usual coffee, tea, bread (toast) with a variety of jams and jellies, scones, muffins and a red velvet cupcake. They also had supoesi. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Customer service could be improved.
The hotel looks great from the outside. I had booked airport pickup, but no one was there. I had to take a taxi. The front desk staff were not very friendly, almost defensive. I arrived at 1:45pm, but they told me to come back after 2pm for check-in. I asked about laundry service, they sold me a box of detergent. You need 16 quarters to do one wash and one dry - they did not have any quarters. Someone went out to their car and brought back the quarters. The room was clean. The bed was awful. Both sides were collapsed, with a mound in the middle. I literally rolled down from the middle to the edge during the night.

The hotel itself was pretty average. The rooms were a decent size and there were decent facilities, but the nightly price was so expensive I would have expected better amenities and better treatment from the staff. The front desk staff came off very rude in emails and interactions and honestly it made me unwelcome. For the price I paid, there should have been more hospitality.

Front desk was friendly. Check in was easy. It did not take 5 minutes for them to check us in. My only complaint was during our 2 night stay, everytime we leave our room, we made sure the maid service sign was outside. To our disappointment our room was never serviced. We left our room again, we saw the maids cart in front of the room acrossed ours, so I made sure the maid service sign was on the door knob outside AGAIN. On our way back to our room, about 3 to 4 maids were standing, gossiping, and laughing at the end of the hall and never bothered to clean our room. Our appreciation goes to the old lady (maid) that checked us out.
