Rooms are pretty clean, but very out dated. Bed is the Most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on...would but whatever brand it is for my home...it's the reason I stay here..good bed and good selection of pillows. We didn't eat breakfast but have before and it's decent... regular breakfast included type food. Staff are quick to help when you have an issue.

Everything was good. Clean room. The bed was a bit on the soft side for me, I tend to like a firmer bed but that is preference. Breakfast was good. My only complaint is that I booked this hotel partially for the pool and it was closed. Major letdown.

We checked in a little bit after 4PM and got our room keys. No elevator and we were on the second floor. So we got our luggage up the stairs and I opened the door. No bed made, dirty towels on the bathroom floor. Down the front desk and they send up house keeping and the room was cleaned. Later on we tried to warn up some water in the microwave and it set itself almost on fire. The desk chair lost a wheel. And then I discovered that the smoke detector was missing. Next morning the chair and the microwave were replaced. The staff was very nice and helpful.
