Our room smelt like a combination of sewer and cigarette smoke after paying for a room that was supposed to be non smoking, it was absolutely filthy. The bathroom floor looked like it had never been cleaned. Very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness.

The room was reasonably clean and neat. Room smelled of stale smoke and freshener. Bath fan didn't work. Overall the property and room needs a good cleaning, resolving minor issues and much needed updating. Note: In Centerville, IA there are few options for hotels. Staff were also friendly.

The room was updated & very nice. The outside (door/exterior) needs some paint to help it look nice like the room. Comfortable stay - would definitely stay again. If they offered breakfast I never knew it.

The place smelled amazing! Very clean and fresh. The room could have used a few more pillows as there were only two on each queen size bed and a couple more trash cans as there was only one in the entire room. But otherwise everything was great!
