Excellent location we love the area and the neighborhood. The apparement is spacious.

A beautiful rabbit warren of a property tucked behind a busy facade. Great location with plenty of shops, bars & restaurants close by but be aware that unless your driver has a code they are unable to drive up to the hotel entrance so you may need to drag or carry your luggage from the end of the street to the hotel. The rooms are modern and pretty well maintained, the “house keeping pack” was a great asset as we hadn’t brought any cleaning products with us on this trip. Check in took such a long time but thankfully we were the only guests checking in at that time. There was an issue with our room but it was resolved with the check in team and we were re- located to the correct grade of room after some investigation. The pool was out of use for the whole of our trip which was annoying as we were advised at check in that it was being “cleaned” that day and would be back to normal by the next day

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. But the check in time was a little late in the day and the check out time is a little too early in the day. The manager was lovely.

Room was clean. Friendly staff. As mentioned in other reviews, I would not consider this 5 stars, but certainly 4. We were well cared for and the location is good to wander and also be picked up by car. For the 'deal' we got on the room, it was a fair price, maybe a marketing tactic. Again, friendly, clean, good location. Manage your expectations and you'll have a nice experience.

Excellent

We stayed 2 nights in a family suite for a family of four. Amazing property with very attentive staff. The rooms are modern, spacious, with turnover service and automatic blinds in each room. The breakfast was great, as well as the lobby bar. There’s also a rooftop bar and a Michelin restaurant in the building (separate entrance) that were also amazing! We would definitely stay here again.
