We had a mixed experience at this hotel. It didn't start off well as what we had booked via the website wasn't what we had been given, and I had to show the booking details six times to different management/front of house staff. It wasn't a great start to the holiday. The other staff however really made up for it - specifically Medi who worked in the poolside bar and also the man who works poolside cleaning the pool and making it safe. They were both so, so friendly and nothing was too much hassle for them. The restaurant staff were great too. Once the room was sorted, we realised it was beautiful too. We didn't get shown around the hotel grounds or facilities so found a lot of things ourselves, but we didn't know there was a lounge bar until the final evening. We saw other guests getting shown around on arrival. The breakfast food was fantastic, we're vegetarian and there was enough for us - we only purchased breakfast. Pool was amazing, quiet but they provide balls, a goal and there's games near the pool too. Great location for bars and restaurants nearby. I would recommend, there's an app for the hotel too

Points positifs : personnel très très attentionné et aux petits soins pour nous emplacement de l'hôtel top Points négatifs : Les repas ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur que ce soit du petit déjeuner qui n'a de continental que le nom, nourriture insipide et extrêmement répétitif, toujours la même chose... vraiment pas bon Les transats : hormis le fait qu'il soit pris d'assaut dès 6H30 du matin, ils sont d'une qualité médiocre avec des creux au niveau de l'assise... serviettes de piscine trop petite et toujours un système archaïque de cartes pour ces serviettes. hormis les boissons, le all inclusive n'est pas à la hauteur car le buffet proposé dans la journée est très pauvre et toujours identique. Les fruits sont insipides et de mauvaise qualité, un comble pour un pays qui en produit tant ! La salade de fruits est constitué à 95% de pommes, Les dessers sont constitués de gâteaux à la crème pour l'essentiel, donc totalement délaissés compte tenu de la chaleur.

L’hôtel est très bien placé mais la propreté reste à améliorer dans les chambres plus les meubles dégradé surtout les lits et la saleté dans les douches Dans les piscines les relaxe et les lits pour se bronzer très salle même il y a des cumulation d’eau non nettoyer après plusieurs jours La salle à manger dégradée même s’il y a une variété dans le manger qui se répète durant toute le séjour il n’y a pas une belle présentation digne de 5* et aussi le nettoyage Le personnel est très sympathique mais dépassé et n’est pas motivé. Je voyage souvent dans des hôtes 5* et je donne 4* à cette hôtel

Clean hotel but the place reeked of raw sewage the evening I checked in. Not sure if the sewers were backed up because of the rain or what. But the stench was offensive. Limited food availability. There is no hot food around the clock. One night, around 930pm, the dinner service had already finished and my only option was the bakery. The bakery offered a limited selection of croissant type items. No actual food. Another morning I wanted breakfast before leaving for the day. But there was no breakfast service because it was 630am. And breakfast doesn't start until 7. Again, only croissants from the bakery. The shower was broken. The water randomly switched from freezing cold to burning hot. The linens and towels were of extremely poor quality. No face cloths. Extremely difficult to get drinks. I get that there is no real drinking culture in Morocco but this is an all inclusive resort. Alcohol should be plentiful and prominent. Limited number of bars with long lines. Only to then find cheap, off brand alcohol. Place was clean. Good location. Definitely would not stay here again.

Misleading information, Very far from beach, overpriced why really proved, broken bathroom, Flooded shower, I finish kitchen, worst customer service, n You call reception, nobody answer, untrain staff, never comeback . Such miss
