Small riad located outside the medina. You need to be prepared to deal with staff who can be quite persistent in trying to sell extra services despite our refusals. We eventually booked and paid for an airport transfer through them. They had also offered us a takeaway breakfast, which we never received. We ended up without transportation in the middle of the night, having to figure things out ourselves, and they refused to issue a refund

Breakfast on the terrace is a lovely experience. The rooms are beautiful and the staff very gracious.

Clean room, helpful staff and great location. Recommend booking airport shuttle to/from the hotel. WiFi is spotty but location and accessibility make up for it. We would definitely stay here again.

Great AC, comfortable bed, spacious room, lots of breakfast choices, but they need to cover the food items so bugs etc. don't get on the food and all the butter, milk, cream etc. need to be on ice at all times to avoid spoilage. Need a stronger WIFI signal. The WIFI was spotty on the 5th floor. The main floor had strong WIFI, but it needs to be strong throughout the building. Also could they offer some English language channels on the TV?

The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and a great place to unwind after exploring the city, but what really stood out was the exceptional staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive and always happy to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.
