We made the reservation online and I saw that many other people had stayed with their cats. We traveled from the other side of the state with our cat because my wife who is terminally ill wanted to see her cat one last time. We dont live here and we were turned away and not allowed to check in. Chandu, the guy at the front desk tried to be helpful, he really did and got the hotel manager Chris on the phone for me. The hotel manager didn't care when I told him our situation, I begged and pleaded because I was stranded with our two kids and our cat but he refused anyway. Don't bring you pet cats, you won't be allowed to stay despite this hotel being "pet friendly"
