The staff were excellent. We had two rooms. One room had foul smelling bathroom. housekeeping came and sprayed deodorant.

Good location, a little bit noisy because they were doing some work in the hotel that started at 8:00 am, and our room was in front of a busy street, but the staff was really helpful.

Hotel located close to town centre where there are lots of smaller independent shops with very attractive displays. Historic centre of town also to be found close by. Plenty of cafes, restaurants with very good food on offer.

Wonderful hotel
Great customer service and wonderful staff. My Spanish is not amazing, but they were able to help me out in flawless English. We even got a map of the city and local recommendations on where to go. Room was perfect and had everything we needed. No complaints - temperature of the room was great, we had enough blankets and pillows, sound insulation is appropriate - would stay here again if given the chance!

Nice hotel close to the town
Second time I’ve stayed here, no complaints at all, rooms clean, staff friendly and helpful. Ideal location for town. Will stay here again when I return next year.

Our mattress was rock solid. The room was small and claustrophobic, dark and impossibly hot. Reception control the room temperature, which continually re-set to hot when you left the room. The bathroom was extremely small with the tiniest bath. Toiletries were refreshed only once in four nights. I wouldn't re-book. Staff were very pleasant.

Our hotel room was very small and unfortunately we had an opera singer next door practising her singing!! the walls were very thin! The hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment too. Though the breakfast in the new cafeteria was good. It's not too far to walk into the old part of the city from the hotel.
