The room smelled like a gym locker room. I asked for a deodorizer but it only helped for a few minutes. They said they have issues with humidity in all the rooms this time of year. Staff was pleasant

The decor of hallway and rooms is neutral/tasteful (except for burgundy wall in room. Comfortable beds. Good bathroom except for mold on outside edge of tub. FYI—limited rooms so if you care whether you’re on the parking lot/north side (one king bed), or trees/back/south side (two queen beds), book room accordingly. Pool & area is well maintained! Breakfast has good options. Not as convenient of a location as more expensive hotels in Northfield but just as nice.

No housekeeping for the entire stay unless you ask for it was not great. There were no towels to use at the pool so we had to use towels from the room which wasn't ideal since there was no housekeeping.

Loved the lobby area and the staff were very kind and friendly. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The pool and hot tub were also a welcome addition! I will definitely be staying here again.

Could be better.

The staff were amazing; however, the mattress was hard as a rock, pillows were flat, and the breakfast left something to be desired. Pool was nice but hot tub was dirty. Needs a total facelift.

Everything was fine over all, quiet, staff was attentive if asked something, the hotel could use a deep clean and something, but the hotel could use some attention to details. Saw ants on the coffee bar, dust behind tv, a few spots of mold on shower head and in caulking, hard water stains on faucets, just noticed one thing and it made everything else more noticeable.
