Property has great and helpful staffing. Beds were pretty average but fairly comfortable per price point. Typical bathroom with missing caulking areas. Room is not very spacious but plenty for a typical stay. Place was clean and a great value compared to other options in the area. Would recommend

Bad guest service

Check in and staff were friendly but some not so helpful, upon arrival our tv didn’t work called front desk they said try this, this etc after that still didn’t work. We were told sry I’m here by myself and basically deal with it. My husband pulled the very heavy dresser out and plugged in a few things and it worked. The next day we were gone most of the day when we got back the dirty towels were still piled neatly in the bathroom were still there and no clean towels were left, the trash that we bagged and left by the door was still there I’m like maybe housekeeping had not been there yet. Do again I called first I was told “well I was told you had the do not disturb sign was out” um no it’s still hanging on the inside of the door then I was told they only go into the rooms for cleaning if you are there 3 days, what? We have stayed in cheap hotels and 5 star hotels, but being how this is a hotel in basically rural Minnesota ( not being a snob we are from rural Iowa) and it was $150 per night kinda shocked about this stuff. I wasn’t expecting turn down service and a mint on my pillow just basic housekeeping. The staff that was there were pleasant but this seemed like management issues. Won’t stay there again and that’s unfortunate as we will be in that area monthly to visit our daughter

Staff was responsive and friendly. When my aunt couldn't get ahold of us on our cell phone, the sweet kitchen attendant came to our room on the 3rd floor to let us know she was in the lobby. She went above and beyond. Breakfast was excellent and served a good variety. The hotel is right off 1-35N and easy t access. Price just right.

Unfortunately we had to attend a funeral for a friend we have known for 35 years. My wife was asked to sing at the service. This was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a 350 mile journey. Everything was perfect !

One night on.the way up north. Hotel was clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast started a little early...that was a plus for us. Many restaurants tochoose fromclose by, handy area info available at the desk. Will stop again.

Everything was great except breakfast was supposed to go until 10:30 a.m. We got there at 10:00 and everything was shut down. We did get the girl to plug in the waffle iron but that was the only hot food we could get.
