Won't stay here again.
We came in and felt welcomed when we checked in. We got to our room and the floors were dirty, there was dried brown and white stuff on the pull out bed, there was stuff on the pictures like someone coughed and it was never wiped up. We had moved the couch because a cord for a phone charger fell behind it and it was absolutely disgusting underneath. Upon plugging said phone charger on by the TV there was spider webs, dust and dirt between the mini fridge and entertainment center. Towels had rips and stains. The lamp on the desk flickered when it was turned off so I unplugged it. Then there's the second lock on the door that was broke. Now here comes the breakfast, coffee machines didn't work, the juice machines didn't work, they had pop tarts and bread, no milk, no cereal. It definitely did not feel like a Ramada I have ever stayed in. Will not be staying here ever again.

Trying to plug in a power strip found lots of dirt on the floor between beds. They had a breakfast included but the coffee machine was out of order, the juice machine was out of order. The pancake pan was empty. There were waffles to make, water, milk and cereal.

The pool heater was broken. The ceiling tile in our bathroom was half open. Thank goodness my husband could reach and pull it closed. The room was very small and the breakfast was really bad. I felt bad because there were four cars in the lot and this was on a Friday night. The hotel is very dated , but probably was a fancy hotel when build a long time ago.

The front desk checked over our room and changed us to another room was able to check in a bit early the staff was friendly and amazing i appreciate you ladies wish i caught your guys names but definitely coming back but ima make sure next time the water is heated lol but other wise its amazing had my daughters 3rd birthday there

The hotel is in terrible condition and should be closed until appropriate repairs can be made. The breakfast was served in plastic bags in a refrigerator and the only plates to reheat were styrofoam. It is completely unsafe and unhealthy to heat styrofoam .As we left no staff were available and three police squads and police officers were present. The staff we interacted with where very kind. But staff kindness only goes so far when the property is in such disrepair. The amenities were cleaned as well as they good in the condition of the building
