We have stayed here before, & will do so again. We are already booked for a stay in April. It clean, the beds are comfy, the furniture & appliances are in good repair, there is plenty of hot water, and they are very helpful in making sure our needs are met--we need ground floor, short path of travel to our room due to health issues, & they make sure that happens. It is wonderfully quiet at night, & it almost feels like you have the whole place to yourself. HUGE BONUS: This property does NOT reek of weed like more & more hotels & motels do in NYS these days. We love that no smoking means no smoking of anything.

My only complaint: the parking lot is not very well-maintained as far as snow removal. Otherwise, we love it! And they upgraded us for free so we could be on the ground floor--health issues means we cannot do stairs. We have already booked future stays!

Place looks very unassuming and actually a little sketchy but I was pleasantly surprised. The price is why I choose this location. But the truth is the room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, and linens spotless
