Good Facilities, but Disappointing Staff Experience I recently stayed at the Blue Mountain Resort Village Suites and found most aspects of the hotel to be satisfactory. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the amenities were as advertised, and the location was very convenient and walkable to almost most places in the village. However, the staff's attitude left much to be desired. They were not as courteous or accommodating as one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. For instance, I requested a late checkout—just an additional hour—and was met with a firm refusal without any effort to find a solution or offer alternatives. While the property itself is nice, the unaccommodating approach of the staff detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. I hope the management considers improving staff training in customer service to enhance future guest experiences. Rating: 3/5

Great spot for a getaway close to Toronto. The village is beautiful, especially at night. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The rooms were clean (we had 3 of them), but the flooring felt old, but no major complains. We had fun which is the real indicator here :)

Overall great stay, TV and coffee maker are old.
The room was great but the need to update the TV, it’s too small and isn’t a smart tv. These days you can buy a $200 smart tv. Also the coffee maker is ancient.
