15 minutes away from Blue Mountain Village but the area is lovely. Our view was directly across the lake. The pool was salted water, also had a jacuzzi and a sauna room. What an amazing resort! The front staff were extremely kind. 5 stars

Room is getting slightly outdated, ir in need of repair, as is rest of building. Location is true selling point. Down sides our room sliding door was broke. So couldn't access outdoor space. Also steps everywhere & heavy hard doors to open. Not great for any mobility issues.

We have stayed at Royal Harbour several times over the last few years. Generally, it was good, but our most recent experience was highly disappointing, causing us to leave a day early. Finding a mouse in the kitchen sink was disconcerting. We reported it to the front desk, and they were apologetic and stated they would make arrangements to have a maintenance person come in to our room. My wife didn’t want to stay any longer, so we left before he arrived. We were able to live capture the mouse, and took it to a wooded area to release it. It’s unfortunate that this happened, because the resort is in a great location, but we just don’t feel comfortable staying there anymore.

Had a great 2 day stay. Enjoyed the space in the unit. The kitchen was well equipped. Loved the view to Georgian Bay and easy walkability to shops and restaurants in town.

The towels looked liked they were not fresh and worn. The oder in the room was musky and smelled like it was once a smoking room. The staff at the check-in desk wasn’t friendly, short and frankly a bit cold. She reviewed all the items that is not allowed at the hotel in a stern tone. I had to ask for the wifi info as it was not provided to me. Overall not very welcoming and will not return here.

water leaked along the bottom of the shower every time after a shower and the screen door lock was on the outside; we couldn’t look the screen because of it; I think also it would have been nice to have a leaflet with instructions as to where certain stores were located ie the grocery store etc as well as other attractions; staff were really nice and friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

This trip was not so good, even though the location of this property is great. Very old and low maintenance, carpet in the suit was too dirty to walk on , feel dusty. TV network was not working. I hope management pay attention to well maintained the building and cleaning services. The pool at the property is just in front of , front desk , no privacy .
