Hot tub wasn't working, landscaping was poorly maintained, housekeeping only exchanged. An item was left by our party which was confirmed by front desk personnel followed by no contact from the management team that was supposed to follow-up so we could recover it.

On the plus side the room was clean and the bed comfortable The breakfast had a decent variety On the negative side there was a $100 deposit requirement to verify credit card, the hall carpets were filthy, the hot tub was not working and the air conditioner in the room was noisy
