Too dry, and the living room is bit cold since the fireplace is not working properly. Other than that, everything is pretty good, easy to access to the village and the slopes with all the activities that blue mountain offers.

The overall experience at the hotel was good. However, we had a very unpleasant incident on our last day. While my wife and daughter were using the women's restroom in the lobby, a female janitor allowed a male maintenance worker to enter without any warning. This was especially concerning since the janitor was aware the restroom was occupied – we had specifically asked her for permission to use it just moments before, and she had approved.

Although we didn't use it on this visit, the outdoor heated pool and sauna is a nice feature. We also enjoyed the restaurant at the hotel. The view of the village was amazing.

The food and service at Oliver&Bonacini was excellent. The room at Westin was beautiful, clean and cozy. I enjoyed the fireplace and balcony. I have noticed an upgrade in the bathroom - beautiful modern shower. Reception staff was very friendly and welcoming. The staff at the Westin are lovely and helpful. The rooms are nice...the pnly issie with pur room was that the 2 doorrs to our bathroom would not close. We faced the village which was really nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. When we first arrived it was low on glasses ajd mugs, but that was sorted when we returned to pur room the next day. The hot jacuzzi outside in while it was snoaing was awesome (bring a toque). The one thing we didnt enjoy was the food. We got breakfast room service. The potatoes were not fully cooked and the bacon was way to salty and rubbery. Dinner in the restaurant was also not good. The spring rolls tasted like they were purchased from the frozen section of the grocery store. The chicken in the chicken birger tasted like it was boiled and then grilled. My hisband wasn't a fan of his burger either. The hotel is great...eat at the village though The sunset grill had an amaz9ng breakfast. It's very busy though...so be prepared to wait a bit depending on the time.

Beautiful suite w high ceilings and a view of the village. By the bed there was an Aromatherapy essential oil w lavender chamomile. Very nice touch!!! I used it and got a great sleep.
