This property was wonderful place to stay in the village and close to the slopes. Such a wonderful time. And the heated pools & hot tub are just lovely addition and popular. Only 👎 is the underground parking and tight with one way in and out.

It's our first time at Westin Blue Mountain, everything was pleasant except for the check-in process. We booked 4 rooms and we were able to check-in early in two rooms. However, the two rooms was not ready upon the 4pm mark of regular check-in time and this cause a disruptancy with our other family members. Hotel staff apologizes and they gave us discount with our stay which is really nice. Kudos to this hotel customer service! Will definitely be back!

We always have a fantastic time at the Westin Trillium House at Blue Mountain, especially when we can share the holidays with our poodle! It’s so convenient to hop onto the slopes, and we love relaxing in the outdoor pool after skiing.

Overall very good but they didn’t seem prepared for things - toilet didn’t work, no in room dining menu, not enough water or robes in room. But when you ask - they deliver so overall it was a nice hotel at a great location. Pool was great as well.
