As I settled I’m my room opened the nightstand drawers and found multiple items left from previous guest(s) including pieces of blades and trimmings of finger nails, also found stuff in the drawer for the desk, I got there late at night and the following morning notified the staff and when I came back to the room the room got cleaned but not the drawers everything was still there, I even found what looked like tobacco chewing packets behind one of the night stands I stayed there for 4 nights and when I left everything was still there, I have pictures to provide if needed.

Amazing team! Getting remodeled starting next month. Pool & hot tub wonderful! The entire staff goes above & beyond at ANY hour. Felt like we were family! Breakfast was good & well stocked. Lemon water in lobby, free microwave popcorn & couple of waters waiting in room nice extra touch. Quinton amazing from check in &went the extra mile multiple times. Front desk gal with red hair(didn’t get name) was outstanding & over the top as well! Best service experience in very long time! Great location easy to get around. Near restaurants, target, Walmart & Sam’s. Will definitely stay again

Despite them being obciously short staffed and our room not being ready for about an hour after arriving. The staff were great! Offered us snacks and drinks, opened the pool for us so kids could swim. Rooms are very large, cleab and comfortable beds. Would stay here again!

First non smoking room reeked of cigarettes so we switched rooms. Second room had dirty bathroom sink, refrigerator not wiped out/food left inside, window was broken and wouldn’t completely close, chairs were heavily stained with questionable spots, ice machine on second floor wasn’t working, no plastic liner in ice bucket, etc. I spent extra money for this hotel based on the Expedia rating….I should have actually looked at reviews. Don’t waste your money on this hotel, go somewhere else.
