The building was old and needed repair. Bathroom faucet was broken and wouldn’t produce hot water. All grout and tile needs redoing. Would be a more appealing with a good makeover. All the staff very friendly and helpful but until repairs or a makeover happens, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If our stay had been for more than two nights, I would have changed hotels for the rest of the trip.

While the hotel is having a facelift on the outside the inside was extremely well kept in the main common areas. Breakfast was good but they could use more seating as many parties had to go back to their room because of this. My only complaint about this hotel was the bathroom. The tub was very old and didn’t drain properly so in my ten minutes shower the water was past my ankles. The bathroom door could use replacing as well. The beds were very comfortable, room was cool upon checking in and parking was abundant and well lit for those traveling alone. All in all we would absolutely stay here again.

The sheets would not stay on the mattress. They were too small for the king size bed we slept in plus they had someone working on the outside of our room at 7 o’clock, so we were going to sleep in, but that stopped us from sleeping in why wouldn’t you move your guests to a different side of the motel to accommodate for the amount of noise they were working right next to our window scraping and plastering the outside walls at 7 o’clock

Great value for the money!

We’ve stayed here many times and we love it. It’s an incredible value for what you pay. The beds are a tiny bit hard, but not anything I can’t tolerate. I’ve also stayed here while recovering from surgery in Owensboro and the handicap room was amazing!
