Big disappointment

We left after one night (we booked for one week). What was promised to us before we came was far from what was delivered. It first time that it happened to us.

Great central location. Clean room but loud. Can hear everything being said in the hallways making sleep difficult

Amazing stay

So wonderful I booked here for location I’m disabled and have stayed before so I new it had a lift unfortunately for me the lift was out of order so I struggled up the stairs to be told we had a family room witch was on the top how ever the manager sorted it all out with know fuss and gave us 2 rooms next to each other they couldn’t of done anything more to make our stay better thank you we will be back he even told us about how his mum decorated the rooms the sinks are amazing
