I like old refurbished places. I am curious about the ceiling in my room, I had the upgraded room, suite on the third floor. It either was designed not to be painted by the interior decorator or it needs to be painted. It still has a bear concrete finish?!

Not the same Graduate

The Hotel stay was different. Have stayed there many times and learned that Hilton bought the Graduate. Check in is at 3:00 but room not ready until 5:30. Staff not as friendly as in the past. Hallways seemed unusually dirty. We paid for the stay on Hotels.com and were charged again at check out so am currently disputing the charge. I have paid for another stay end of March so we will see if it is the same. Check out person was unusually not nice and seemed very inconvenienced when she had to go track down a charge at the coffee shop. Just not great overall.

Great location Friendly staff Would be great if they allowed you to say if you were parking a car and then reserved spaces in the lot for hotel guests… seems the parking is used by non guests and it’s hard to park if you are a hotel guest!
