First of all, everything about this hotel felt very outdated. The curtains had to be opened and closed using a remote attached to the wall, and unfortunately it was broken. The bathtub also had noticeable brown rust stains, which made it feel unclean. Housekeeping knocked on the door before we left and said they would be cleaning the room. However, when we returned later that night, the only things that had been done were the trash being removed and new towels left in the room. The room itself was not properly cleaned. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and unfortunately, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

The staff was courteous. The breakfast was good. The room needed a lot of work and the bathroom could have been cleaner. This Hampton also charged 3 times what we paid for a pet in MO at a Hampton there. Had to get help to get the internet to work as it wanted me to sign up for something. The staff at the desk made special calls to help me which was nice.

The cleaniless of the hotel could have been better-specifically the flooring, both the tile and the carpet in the room and in the lobby area. The breakfast was satisfactory but all of the service and staff were outstanding.
