Stayed in a superior double room which had a double and single bed, had a good nights sleep. Bed was comfy. Used the pool which was very small for the number of people the hotel can occupy. It has the space to make it bigger.

Breakfast choices were great. Nespresso machine in the room. Swimming pool was nice to have but very small. Could only fit 3 people in the sauna and steam room. They regulated this by a 30min slot booking system. Didn't like the frosted glass doors on the bathrooms in the rooms, looked great but not practical. If someone got up in the night to use the bathroom, they couldnt put the light on as it would flood the bedroom with light it was that bright! Overall a good stay, staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our 2 night stay in oxford.

Booked a 2 bed room for myself & son but given a double bed. Rectified by putting my son in a separate room, but that meant we didn’t get to spent so much time together. My window didn’t shut and blew open in the night. Otherwise it is a lovely hotel with an excellent and wide choice of breakfast.

Location of the hotel was brilliant as easy to access Oxford city centre. Hotel is big and spacious, and the breakfast was great. A really good selection of food, lots of healthy options and the quality of the food was really good. My fussy kids really enjoyed it. The downside for us, was the issue with the boiler which meant a lot of rooms didn’t have hot water. We were using the pool anyway (which is lovely and warm) but we had to use the showers in the leisure centre. Our room also had a leak coming from somewhere as the carpet by the front door and outside of the bathroom had pools of water growing whilst we were there.

We were a family of 3 adults with our 23 yo son staying for one night. The reception looked nice when we popped in to check we could park, but I soon noticed a few things that weren’t as premium as I’d hoped. We had a tiny room and even toner bathroom with an opaque door which was no good for us as a family of adults! There was a really strong smell of urine in the corridors on the approach to our room on the second floor which was awful. The pool closes at 7 so we had to rush to fit in a swim before dinner and it was tiny and needed a good clean. Our room was opposite a function suite or similar with really loud music. Luckily we don’t go to bed early so it didn’t stop us trying to sleep but was annoying to listen to and could have been loud for a daily with little ones. The sound proofing of the room was shocking and we could hear the conversations of the neighbours and outside in the corridor.
