Easy to access, safe area. Frequent smells of marijuana around our room. Desk staff members weren’t the nicest, but overall our stay was good. The pool needs more towels; the pool area was very clean!

The hotel smelled disgusting. Comparable to maybe the smell of mold being covered up poorly by really strong Glade plug ins. While I understand most guest don’t make use of the gym, having no clean towels, an empty water dispenser and equipment that had weeks, maybe months of sweat dripped on them that was visable was unacceptable.

I wanted to give this five stars all around, but it's the little things that prevented me from doing so. First of all, I will stay at this property again; it's not your typical La Quinta Inn. I would put this property in the Fairfield category. The staff was excellent, the amenities were great, and the beds were comfortable. My complaint comes in the form of housekeeping. We stayed five nights. Not once was our room cleaned and towels exchanged. We had to go to the front desk and ask for new towels. (First world problems, I know). The hallway was not vacuumed daily and often looked messy. The bathroom sink had a loose faucet and needed to be repaired, which happened on day four. The toilet paper holder was barely attached to the wall. Again, this is not your typical La Quinta, and if they get the housekeeping to where it needs to be, I would say it's the best deal in Oxford.

Pleasant stay

The hotel is modern and in great condition. It was easy to find and located close to many eating establishments. The lobby is nice and check in was quick. We had an ADA room which was one of the best ones we've stayed at. The furniture placement, room around the bed and size of bathroom was wonderful for a wheelchair. The room was clean and bed comfortable! The breakfast was nice with hot and cold options and plenty of seating.

Got up on the last day of my 2 day stay and had already missed breakfast arriving at 9:15 AM. There was nothing stating what time breakfast was so I went online and found that it was supposed to end at 10:00. I made it there for 9:15 and the doors wewe closed
