The staff are very welcoming and the room is extremely clean. They still need to update their pool and exterior, but don’t let that stop you from staying there. They are a wonderful low cost option to walking to the university of Mississippi for any activity on campus. It’s also very convenient to be next-door to Starbucks.

The room was clean and comfortable but the sink was clogged up. The bathroom was not very clean. Other than that the bed was comfortable and the AC unit worked well. It was pretty quiet too.

Parking is tight AC was mediocre. The bed was clean, but sink wouldn’t drain, and shower wouldn’t turn on. Had to use ice bucket to shower with water from faucet.
