The hotel is not the best. The hallway didn't smell very nice and not the cleanest. The room was poorm bed and pillows uncomfortable. Shower was terrible. Glad we only stayed 1 night. The breakfast was very poor as well. Tried to mention on checkout but they didn't seem interested. As I say it was only for 1 night

We were really disappointed with our stay. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable that we slept terrible and had really bad backs. The fire alarm woke us up at 12:30am and by the time we had got ready to evacuate the building it was then turned off. The alarm went off again at 8am. There was no apology from the staff. Terrible night sleep so ended up leaving a day earlier than planned. Breakfast was also disappointing. Fried eggs were rock solid and limited choice available. The communal areas were also dirty. I would not recommend staying here again.

I really like to service from Manager Suzuki but some other staff were not attentive enough. However the main problem was the humming like noise coming from unidentifiable source which starts from 3 o'clock in the morning. I couldn't get any proper sleep during my 4 day sleep.

The staff is so so nice. The place is falling apart. It's filthy. it smells so bad. it's so so far from Oxford. the lighting will make you want to end your life. The location is so depressing. it's like a homeless shelter.

Oxford ramada.

Shower room very small ,dated , executive room was likr 3 star. Setvice was ok. Poor wifi , no phone service in the room, it was dusty , smelly, felt old dated carpet and facility.

We booked a room for 3 adults. Checked in and paid for parking and breakfast for the next day. The corridor and room smelt musty and needed deep cleaning. On entering the room it had beds for 4 people. Only three cups and only three bath towels. Asked at reception for another cup and another bath towel along with a rubber bath mat for the shower. Reception said they would send the mat to our room. What was delivered was a towelling mat for the floor outside the bath, not a rubber bath mat. The next day arriving for breakfast the receptionist explained our booking did not include breakfast despite paying for breakfast on arrival. She then noted her mistake despite the receptionist who made our breakfast booking standing next to her. The hotel and staff are 'just OK' but not getting the small things right is whats wrong with this place. Wont stay here again.

Dirty, smelly hotel.

Awful stay with my mother and daughter. The room was terrible, beds were dirty, and the room and hotel in general had a very "unclean" smell. We arrived so late in the evening we couldn't change hotels otherwise we would have done. Bin bags of rubbish all over the hallways. The downstairs lobby was littlered with prams, child seats and scooters. It was clear to see there are long term residents here which has clearly been detrimental to the service this hotel can offer. I'd recommend staying elsewhere.

The hotel is nice, located close to Motorway, easy transportation. Only problem unfortunately was horrible smell from sewage coming into the wing I paid for, I didn’t get the room I paid for instead moved to twin bed. The staff were nice, it was sorted before morning. Otherwise, it’s a good hotel… Recommended

Good stopover

Room was good and nice and clean. I was a bit worried about traffic noise as this hotel is actually at the services but it was fine. The breakfast was also very good with lots of choice

I am disabled and booked an accessible room but mix up with the booking - the staff were very helpful in getting me suitable accommodation but none was really available but I managed though the room was a bit small. Easy access into the building, nice reception area. We were there a few days and no other problems. I would stay again…..
