Uggh forced to pay $250 a night on a game weekend, I did not expect the sink and tub to be filthy. The floors had not been washed so my feet turned black from walking around. The sheets had sand in them. Blow dryer was cracked in half and wouldn’t turn on and the phone had no ring tone. Would not stay there again. It was awful.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT stay here, even if it is free. The rooms are absolutely disgusting. If i could add pictures I would, but his was the filthiest room I've ever stayed in. Mold ALL over the ceiling, stains on the bedding, lights didn't work (and all rusted), phone did not work, clock did not work and my 'non-smoking' room had definitely been smoked in. Walking the room once to go to the bathroom when I checked in, my socks were black on the bottom bc the floor was so dirty. We talked to a cop from Oxford who said this hotel is notorious for drug deals and didn't feel it was safe. Since I didn't sleep at all that night, I can confirm drug deals were taking place outside our door. I was also told, which I can't confirm, that this place is used as a homeless shelter since the city of Oxford does not have a homeless shelter. What I can confirm is that this is not a far stretch at all judging by some of the people walking around the motel.

After checking in, we got to our room and only one of our keys worked. Once we finally got inside, the air nor the telephone worked so I couldn’t call the front desk. Had to go back down and have them change our room. Got to our second room, and all you could smell was marijuana. Got inside the room and there’s a hole in the closet door. The fridge was more like a freezer. Beds were very uncomfortable. Do not recommend.

I actually couldn’t stay in the room over night. The room smelled like smoke, roaches running across the floor, bathroom was nasty, the sink didn’t drain. Overall this place needs to have a full overhaul. I wouldn’t recommend someone I hate to stay here..

I’ve never stayed in a dirtier hotel! Our first room had wet socks puked up outside the door and it smelled like a gallon of bleach was poured in the room. The floor was literally slimy and gritty. We asked for a room change & our next room smelled better but… it was disgusting. If I could have found any other room in the entire town I would have left. The only thing clean was the sheets. Moldy shower, either vomit or diarrhea in the back of the bathroom door, filthy floor. I wore socks the entire time and I’m throwing them away, disgusting

You get what you pay for.
Per friendly. Staff were wonderful. Location was great. Close to lots of restaurants and our family. Shower in our room was either scalding or freezing, no in between. Room had roaches, but they had traps set. It was ok, but probably wouldn’t stay there again.
