Great location, count with steep stairs as you get to your room. It was very hot in the room (in mid-April) and the AC control was unconveniently located at quite a distance from the bed area, around two corners and no remote control was provided. The amenities were basic,

Very friendly staff - warm welcome and fast check in. Called me to check when I'd be arriving. Very central location but quiet. Only issue is that there was a sstrange smell in the reception area which ws quite offputting and it's a bit run down.

Fantastic location to explore

A great location, particular as we were at the theatre next door. The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The staff are friendly helpful and kind. I had a nice decent size bed and room for a single person. There is no elevator/lift so be prepared to lug your luggage, and staff are so kind they help you. Internet was broken for 2 days but they fixed it. This hotel located in heart of downtown so easy to walk everywhere. I highly recommend this property!

Simple but comfortable room. Staff were nice and room was clean. Great location in terms of being in the center of things but very loud outside at night due to nightlife. Bring ear plugs.

Too noisy

I was unlucky enough to have a room overlooking the Main Street and it was very noisy at night. Windows were not double glazed and it was quite difficult to get to sleep. Quality of mattress also very mediocre.
