Place was good to stay at. At night there are lots of homeless so if you have kids be careful. Also don’t leave any ítems in the car. They do have a 500$ dollar charge if you’re to loud to if you have a baby or toddlers keep that in mind if they get loud.

Everything was fine no problems with that. My real problem is that when I checked in, I had to make a $100 deposit when I had already paid in full ahead of time I have been billed the full amount plus the $100 that they charge me when I checked in and I wanna know how I get that back?

Family road trip
After a long road trip driving south from Bay Area this was a welcome overnight stop over to recharge. Most comfy beds ive slept in a long time. The breakfast was well stocked and the staff at the breakfast were attentive to customers pouring in. It was a non smoking room. However there were several customers smoking right outside the room in large groups.

Bath didnt plug, toilet was clogged when we arrived, clothes iron didn't work. All items were addressed by the staff promptly, but it felt sloppy that we had to deal with them in the first place. The location isn't particularly walkable, and we happened to be there the same nights as a large group of teenage boys monopolizing the pool and chattering loudly until late. Nothing too terrible, but not a completely relaxing experience either.

The place was very clean, unfortunately our room was not cleaned after our first night, according to the person at checkout we were suppose to ask when checking in if we wanted house keeping. However we were not informed by the person who checked us in. Overall it was a good experience. The staff were very kind.
