The hotel looks beautiful from the street. Unfortunately, hotel management is weak. Staff were poorly trained and signs of cost cutting on maintenance were evident. The place feels like it has been updated since it was built. The guest room smelled like it was drenched in disinfectant and deodorizer. On the other hand, the restaurant was a treasure. The food was excellent and our server was both charming and capable. We would go back for dinner but next time we’ll stay somewhere else.

The most beautiful resort right at the beach ! The most comfortable large rooms, beds and linens divine and comfortable, grounds are beautiful with water falls, everything immaculate staff very friendly kind and helpful- my absolutely favorite hotel!! Love it!!rooms have little refrigerator and microwave and the sound of ocean soooooo relaxing

Upon arrival, the room keys did not work , shower wasn’t clean and cracked tiles , paper coffee cups had been used , confetti on floor from previous guests . Patio doors (ocean view ) were filthy and the patio furniture on the balcony was full of bird poop on the tables and chairs. There is a big gap at the bottom of the room door. It was very windy and the draft comes through and you get a chill. I had to block the draft with a pillow . the day before we left. We woke up to a swarm of ants and some spiders that took over coffee area and guest bathroom. It was so bad that we weren’t able to use the guest bathroom because the ants were all around up the toilet and shower and wash bowl. This property has exterior doors and is a motel. It is not worth the price or resort fees, especially if you’re not using the amenities we didn’t use any but still had to pay a huge resort fee front desk. Staff was very nice to your face but when you call with a concern, they had a horrible attitude, as if you should not have an opinion or ask questions this was very disappointing for a Hilton property is not well-kept. It’s a rundown property and if you’re expecting any luxury go elsewhere, you will not find any luxury here. The only positive thing I have to say about this property is the location and size of the room, but it is a standard room that you would get at your average motel suite. Save your money and go elsewhere the beach is public with plenty of benches to enjoy the beach

Pictures looked amazing, rooms were decent, but the moment we opened the door it smelled like Motel 6. Really, this is a Hilton supposedly, why does my room smell like Pine Sol or some other cheap cleaner? Room was as far away from the beach as possible, with a view of the entrance to the parking garage. What was the point of staying here? Might as well have been in downtown LA.

hotel is in a great location. However the property is run down and the rooms are not worth the price. I stayed in a suite and it was big but very dark and dated. The hotel amenities are dated too. Service is terrible. The restaurant had tables for brunch but we weee told staff needed to take a break and could not accomodate us (brunch on Saturday am!!). A car alarm went off and disturbed us all night long. The front office did not know how to address the issue. The front desk refused to waive the charges for the night as compensation for a very poor stay. I would not recommend.

Incredible! We wish we could have stayed longer! We stayed mid-week and so we felt more at ease with less guests roaming around. - Customer Service was excellent - Self Parking available underground. - Hotel consists of multiple buildings centered around the pool. - Pool is heated so it’s perfect for night swimming. - Large hot tub! 10-12 guests easily - Dinning options are…eh. Would prefer to eat offsite for the quality & selection of food offerings. - Rentals included in your stay (2hrs) Hoverboard, surfboards etc - Beach is nearby but water is easily 100ft from exterior.

Nice location ! Right next to the beach. Pool is heated. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the room. I found trash in the sink and crumbs on the floor. The room had a weird odor. Bath tub could use some updating. For the price, I expected the room to be in better condition.

Beautiful entrance and oceanfront. Roomy rooms and Hilton quality beds! The parking fee was ridiculous, no tennis/pickleball racquets for the 4 of us and the fire pits/heaters were not lighting.

Beautiful place
Beautiful beach and partial ocean view was very beautiful. The suite was very nice and roomy, quiet, and a great bed. Overall, very pricey for valet parking and restaurant and alcohol. As expected but probably won't spend the money again. Such a great area. Happy we went.
