Great stay
The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. The fact that there was complimentary breakfast was amazing but even better because they had really good yet simple choices. (Buffet style) My only complaint is that it was fully booked so if you left for an outing it wasn’t guaranteed to get an open parking space when you returned. There is some parking on the street but signs of no parking or time limits on parking. That was my only negative. We would book again with our kids as a family trip in the future.

No guest laundry even though in 2 places at least on Expedia it showed as having one! The best part of this property was the views overlooking the harbour, it was great to wake up and see the sealions playing and watching the various boats come in and out. The breakfast was quite limited and not very appetising looking with the scrambled eggs swimming in liquid.

We have stayed at channel islands hampton inn many times. We are always glad we did. Wonderful location, near to dining options and good breakfast. Just a little disappointed in the bathroom not having a bathtub like on previous visits. But will definitely use again.

They added a security deposit of $30 per night without advising us. We had to ask why the charge did not match the amount of our reservation. No bathroom glasses were provided. On a good note, parking is provided and the selection for breakfast was good.

The hotel was average, it was clean. I was a bit disappointed with the A/C. The room the entire time was very stuff and warm. I hate to post negative stuff. But due to the lack of fresh cool air, the room smelled a bit stale and that is putting it mildly. The room was clean. The dining area was very good. Overall the stay was good with just that exception.
