The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. I didn't like that they put a charge on my card "in case I did something to the room" that would be reversed in 5-7 days. Other than that this hotel was definitely a place that I would highly recommend.

Arrived to hotel late and very tired just to our surprise the doors were locked, no front desk representative around. Called the front desk and ranged the bell for over 30 minutes with no response. Then the desk representative finally shows up and she charges room on my card after I already had paid with reservation. Assured me she would take care of the refund. Next morning during checkout realize nothing was taken care of. I am very disappointed in the hotel staff service. I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels and I have never experienced this type of service/situation before.

We stayed one night, everything was great except you can hear the people from up stairs walking back and forth all night. Love that they are pet friendly. We are a family of six who fit comfortably in one suite.

We came for the cowboys training camp and let me tell you Oxnard is different, the people are friendly and hospitable, great staff, it was refreshing, I don’t write a whole lot of reviews but by far a great town and place to visit

What we didn’t like on Saturday night from 5-8 they closed the pool and my grandsons were looking forward to the pool after being at the beach and wanted to swim. We were very disappointed. They said they were filming for a promotion but why in a Saturday during prime time?

Room was clean and spacious. Loved the fact that it had a kitchenet with everything you need to cook etc. The parking area was geat and i felt safe enough to walk out to my car at night with my kids.
