From the polite welcome I received from Saskia, to the wonderfully detail-oriented housekeeping staff, I felt at home right away here. I was blown away by how much larger the pool is than the photos portray, and how incredibly comprehensive the gym is – but those became almost an afterthought compared to the luxury of my private suite! Everything was so indulgent, so clean and tidy, and just so well thought out – I could have stayed here for months. The gracious bathroom clad in travertine (with a whirlpool spa tub!), the name brand fixtures throughout, and the serene balcony, with views of the vast ocean, St. Barth's in the distance, and the verdant hillside beyond... I had originally booked 3 separate properties, to keep my options open. Looking back on it, there was no comparison to the value that this accommodation provided. The fact of the matter is about St. Martin, you are going to need a car. If you want to explore the island whatsoever, this is true for ANY property you choose to stay at, no matter what the proximity is to things that are considered attractions. Unless you are in a resort and you don't want to leave that resort's grounds, you are going to wish you had gotten a car if you opted not to. So embrace it, and make it a magical getaway on the quieter side of the island, and stay at Princess Heights Luxury Boutique Condo Hotel! If you are an independent traveler, who likes to craft your own itenerary as you discover – you will not find a better value!

I love the view from my balcony, every morning I have an astonishing view of the ocean and the mountain. It is a little difficult to get up five floors if you park in the lower level parking. It should be an elevator for the first building, and also I suggested a bathroom near the pool area and the gym area.

Property is away from everything, you absolutely need a car to go anywhere from here. You need a car to get to front office, not easy by walking it's all uphill. If possible stay away from here. A/c is always on and very noisy, hard to sleep at night My suggestion, stay somewhere else but here

Condo was nice but somewhat inconvenient for access. Note also you should like climbing stairs to access pool or beach. Room was very comfortable and staff friendly. Also noted there was a 50% price drop before we arrived for new reservations. We were not notified of the price change and paid full boat. I call foul on that.

Overall the hotel is nice and the staff was very friendly. However, i was constantly attacked by mosquitoes the entire 3 days i stayed. They staff brought me insect spray but they just kept appearing out of no where. The shower heads could use some updating but other than that the rooms were very nice and the breakfast they brought to the room every morning was delicious. I will say the office and pool are kinda inaccessible especially from the newer building as you have to walk down several flights and a hill to get to it.
