I a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was provided. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We really appreciated the attention to detail and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The resort was amazing!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff Shavonne and concierge were helpful in planning activities to do on the island. Carlos, the doorman was amazing and friendly. Gabby and Nick were great bartenders. The room was clean.

I will never stay at this resort again. We had No Hot Water during the entire stay. How do you have no hot water for your guest? They told us we could go on the family side to take a shower in one of the vacant rooms if we wanted hot water!!!! That is crazy! Why would I want to leave my room to walk on the other side, in the heat to take a shower and be sweaty coming back to the adult side to sleep? It makes no sense. They were also doing renovations while the guest was there. Noise all morning and day long. It was horrible. Sonesta doesn’t have to worry about me staying there anymore. We spent a lot of money coming to this resort and to be treated that way is unacceptable.

My experience at this property was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. The property itself was stunning, beautifully maintained, and had an elegant, upscale atmosphere that made the entire stay feel truly special. The room was gorgeous, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, while the balcony was the perfect place to relax and take in the surroundings. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Their hospitality made me feel valued throughout my entire stay. From the beautiful property and luxurious room to the incredible balcony and outstanding service, every detail came together perfectly. This was more than just a stay—it was a truly memorable experience. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.
