I like it was close to my venue. It was freezing cold when i checked in room was cold. Tv was not working front desk had to come program tv. Counter top and sofa was filthy. Comfortor had all kinds of cigarettes burns. Nothing stainless steel in this room. Totally disappointed. Place looks nothing like the pictures they presented.

The only thing good was the mattress was comfortable. However, it would slide off the metal platform it was on. It was so dirty, there is no way i would take a bath there. The tub was awful. We had to be moved from our first room because it smelled like cigarette smoke. There were no other places available that is way we stayed there in the first place. I did try to find somewhere else after we got there. Also, my grandson found a empty liquer bottle by the bed. Room was very dirty.

I called the property and asked for an early check in. They approved it, but once I got there (around 2am) they had no record that I ever asked for early check in and wouldn’t give me a room. Once I was finally able to check in, the room was stocked with fresh linens, but beyond that, clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long while - hair, dirt, dust and bugs a plenty.
