Our stay at Vertali was made truly special by the outstanding customer service. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our vacation memorable. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt cared for and appreciated. A very special thank you to Kiki, whose kindness, professionalism, and positive energy stood out every single day. She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. I’d also like to recognize the incredible breakfast team. Their friendliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Exceptional service is what transforms a great hotel into an unforgettable experience, and the team at Vertali did exactly that. Beautiful little boutique hotel. Walkable convenient community.

We had an amazing stay at Paralos Venus Suites! The food was absolutely incredible, and Julian at the bar and Katerina were both amazing. They made our experience even more special with their kindness and great service. Our room was perfect, and I especially loved having YouTube Premium on the TV — such a nice touch! The property itself is beautiful, relaxing, and very well maintained. My only complaints were that there weren’t always enough cabanas around the pool, so on some days it was difficult to find somewhere to sit. I also wish the servers came down to the pool more frequently to take drink orders. One thing to know is that the property does not have a private beach. The beach is about a 7-minute walk away, and beach chairs with an umbrella are available to rent for €30. We also loved having a little corner store nearby, and the car rental place was super convenient and only about €40 for the day. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The food was amazing, the staff were wonderful, and the property was beautiful. We would absolutely come back! ❤️
