The room was nice and the perfect place to stay in between my drives to Mount Rainier. The staff were super friendly and the fridge and microwave were an amazing addition. I would definitely stay here again!

Fine place for our time there, for the price. Not too much at breakfast but there was a place open next door. Packwood is about the awesome places you go from there, not Packwood itself. Note to the management: do something with the old car by the staircase. That became the subject of many inside jokes on our trip. We didn’t mind it, but it’s just not a good look

Give this poor reviews, first ever happened to me as a hiker traveler nearby at Paradise Mt Rainier, not that even cheap place, this is insane when there is 3 people in a group,the hot water was gone for just one people who showered then you have to wait another 30mins again just to have another warm water👀.

They were installing new TVs which would have been great if only ours worked. To be fair, the staff worked tirelessly to get the new TV working and, when it couldn't be done, they replaced it and even logged us into a staff member's streaming service so we could watch what we wanted. Can't fault the staff - just the TV 😏

We got the unit further away from the office and wifi and the TV are basically not working. The door has severe paint scrapped, closest door has a huge hole (someone punched through), bathroom has no vent causing sink, walls and everything wet after 1 person shower.

Booked 2 days stay as 2 separate booking. Hotel messed up the room assignment with a smaller one on the 2nd day than paid but was able to merge the 2 when checked in for the "proper" room (reviewed separately for problems of unusable internet and TV, front door and closet door damage, not vent for very wet bathroom after shower). Got a message that we left stuff in the room after first night - apparently staff on new shift didn't get the message of staying for a second night (until checking message later, and send a separate email about my staying over) - so communication or staff attention to details is weak.
