The room had a clogged sink. We called for assistance and maintenance was there quickly. The room also had a tv in the living area that did not work and the staff replaced the TV quickly. This was 4th time staying at the Linq and the experience has always been great.

Walked in the room and walked out Room had roaches and mice walking around Blanket looked dirty The room had an awful smell The worker offer another room but it was the same The picture on the website showed a nice looking place but once you see it real bad

The pool staff was amazing!! It was needed especially after a nightmare of check in.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

I wouldn’t stay again. Pretty gross stains and hair on sheets. Rough

Realice mi reservación, llegué al hotel y nunca apareció mi reservación en el sistema del hotel. Me comuniqué con expedía y ellos me indicaron que todo estaba bien, pero el hotel nunca me dio solución. Espere al rededor de 1 hora y media mi grupo y yo. Por más que les dije que tenía factura de pago, reservación y confirmación no fue posible que me dejaran ingresar a descansar.
