Would not stay again

The place was really small, I didn't mind it but just know it's basically the bed and a small desk area. The fragrance in the towels and bed sheets made me sick, really strong but then again I don't use scented laundry detergents at home. The free drink was horrible, really sugary wish I could have substituted it went to waste. I like that the bed was comfortable which is important to me when I'm traveling. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I chose a room with a window it would have been really claustrophobic feeling if I didn't.

It was perfect

This four night stay was amazing. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and the town with no noise from aircraft. The swimming pool near the main building was too cold as it did not get much sun but the one by the sea was a lovely temperature and the music was a chilled out vibe. Staff were always smiling and helpful, although checking in was far too slow and we had to spend a couple of hours in the restaurant from 3pm to 5pm before we could get into the room. However, this was made up for slightly with us being able to get late check out for one of our rooms so we could enjoy more of our last day. The rooms are spacious with good AC and water pressure in the showers was good too. Breakfast was varied with nice pastries and a crepe/waffle stand but no bacon which let down the english breakfast and the fruit could have been more varied. Coffee was great though. Would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a relaxing time in Labuan.

Its an amazing resort which offers so many activities. We didnt feel like leaving the hotel at all. They offer water sports and other great activities. The staff is really nice and helpful.

The staff and views were great; the snorkelling was awesome. The rooms are generally nice, but the showers didn’t drain at all, and smelled of sewage when they began to overflow. Otherwise everything was good

We've been very impressed with this place so far. The main downside is that it's a good ways outside of downtown Labuan Bajo, but honestly, that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's still a short drive or Grab ride into town and they offered pick up and drop off to the property included. The villa itself is beautiful. The private pool is immaculate and our kids loved swimming in the afternoon (after about 1PM the sun is in the west and leaves most of the pool aread nicely shaded). The kitchen area is great. Full fridge and freezer. Gas ranges (though we didn't use them). Bit TV in the living area (though we didn't use that either). We asked about laundry and they picked it up and did it for us with no issues. The bathrooms are excellent, with rainfall shower heads and plenty of very nice soap and shampoo. We did notice some ants in the villa but we mentioned it to the host and they immediately found the source and took care of it. The property is wonderful and the host has been super responsive so we feel very lucky to have found this place!
