Todo fue muy bien, excelente atención del personal que labora en dicho hotel.

Good place to stay, good location, and breakfast included

Great hotel. Everything was good including the breakfast & Room. We got the 2 level loft room which included a jacuzzi in an outdoor patio. The only complaint I have is the massage I got from the spa. I would NOT recommend. It was like they were just lotioning me, and my wife’s bodies. I asked them to use more force, and they just didn’t know how to. Then they put an auto tip on my card without my authorization.

Room was clean and there were a lot of options for breakfast, always fresh fruit and service was great!

⭐ 1/5 — Worst Experience Ever at Casa Aurora! Extremely disappointing experience! We had no internet throughout our entire stay, and the management showed absolutely no concern or urgency to resolve the issue. What made matters worse was the dishonesty. We were offered a refund, which influenced our decision to stay, only for management to go back on their word. They later admitted that they had known the internet wasn’t working from the very beginning but failed to inform us before our stay. We felt completely misled and deceived. Instead of being transparent and taking responsibility, they made promises they never intended to honor. Terrible customer service, poor communication, and absolutely no accountability. I would never stay at Casa Aurora again and strongly recommend that others think twice before booking. A beautiful property means nothing when honesty, integrity, and customer service are missing.

We had a great stay at this hotel while traveling with our family. We booked two rooms, and everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was included and was good, although a little more variety would have been nice. The location was excellent! We were within walking distance of chipichape, exito, restaurants, pharmacies, small grocery stores., which made everything more convenient. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other families visiting the area. We would happily stay here again!
