Very Rude Employee at the Front Desk
I was quite impressed with Baymont when I checked in. The gentleman that checked us in was pleasant and polite. This all changed the following day when I went to the front desk to ask a question. The female employee at the front desk was talking to a guest checking in (I was behind the guest) and was very rude. It appeared as if the employee was getting impatient and speaking to the guest in a very unwelcoming manner. When it was my turn, I greeted her and smiled to see if I could diffuse whatever it was that made her seemingly annoyed and rude. Nope! I guess that is the way she talks to guests. Very disappointed.

The Hotel was beautiful. The room was very roomy. The hot breakfast was great. My only complaint is that there was no water available in the Breakfast room and No Towel bars in the Bathroom to hang our towels on.
