Check in was easy, overall amenities were good with exception of no laundry! The lighting was very dim, water pressure was none, beds were very uncomfortable!! I would not recommend this hotel as appeared to be more concerned with the amenities minus laundry than comfort for paying customers!!!

The hotel was standard. Breakfast was good. The best part was the customer service at check-in - very friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfy. It was nice to have a microwave and fridge /freezer. Usb plugs by the bed didn't work and neither did the bedside clock.

Unfortunately bed bugs seem to be a common problem in the budget friendly hotels/motels. I blame myself for not reading the reviews prior to booking. The first night was fine, no incident. The second night one of my daughters was bit but we weren’t sure because she was the only one and it was just on her finger, plus we’d been outdoors. The 3rd night we woke up at about 1am to all of us being bitten and upon stripping the beds, we saw a bug running across one of the beds. Immediately we went to the front desk and they changed us to a different room but we did not sleep well. We woke up early to speak to the manager but were told they’d be in about 2:30pm. However, the young man at the front desk assured us we’d receive a reimbursement for 2 of our nights. The staff honestly were great, friendly, and helpful. Was almost a good stay until the bed bugs. I’m not sure exactly how they can be rid of this infestation. Maybe get a steamer and steam the mattresses and furniture. Definitely vacuum more regularly.

I asked for a room with the view was willing to down size my room to get a room with view. At first the front desk person said yes I’m sure we have some. Then she was like oh I see you paid in full and already have reservations. So no we Don’t have any rooms with view. Which was a lie there were plenty available. The room smell like sewer as soon as you walk in.

We loved our stay here. Clean, accessible, so much to do. Very close to many attractions. Also, our son got sick during vacation and there was Urgent care available very close to the hotel as well. Breakfast was great and with a great view.

Convenient location

Great hot breakfast and location, nice views when at the pool and hot tub, spacious lobby with option to request for board games, rooms were small and the air conditioner was a bit noisy and the hotel was dated and in need of an updating and fixing.
