Hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. However, breakfast - with respect to the quality of the food and the food offered - was horrible. Staff also does not appear to be service oriented and have seem to be not very friendly at all.

There are much more negative memories from this hotel than positive. First of all, there is no safe in the room. Second of all, they don’t bring towels if you need them, you have to go all the way to the reception to get them yourselves. Third, they do not clean rooms automatically, even if there isn’t any do not disturb sign, you have to ask for it. Finally, breakfast was terrible. You make your own waffles, yes, you actually have to pour the batter and actually make it yourself. They don’t have any regular plates, they use disposable styrofoam plates and plastic forks and knives, which are toxic for you when using them with hot food and not ecological at all. Never ever seen that at any hotel before. I am really wondering how this one has a 3 star rating.
