The sheets in our room were dirty (covered in sand and debris) and not changed. When we reported this they gave us sheets to change the bed ourselves. There was no offer of assistance, no apology and no concern for the dirty sheets.

It appears that this hotel was recently remodeled. Everything was very clean. The only issue is that because of the remodel, the adhesive smell was very strong and almost overwhelming. In our room, the toilet tank had a crack that had a repair attempt, but it still was leaking in the front of the tank, making the toilet seat area wet. Otherwise, it was very quiet and the breakfast selection met the needs and wants of everyone in the family.

Our stay at Hampton Inn was very good. Rooms were clean, folks at reception were very friendly, efficient and helpful overall, including a few suggestions to consider for things to do. Only things to note (which are unrelated to the Hampton Service) is that given it's a bit bigger that some other places we stayed on our trip, there are a few tour buses, which can mean that breakfast is really busy if you show up when the groups are eating before their set departure. Also, we found more large families/groups here, which caused more noise with folks going from room to room in the hallway during the early evening, it was quiet at night though.

This hotel is brand new and the staff are very friendly and it’s in the great location very close to everything such as Restaurants, supermarket, House-shore bend and antelope Canyon etc attractions.
