Mialam rezerwacje dwoch pokoi. Po przybyciu na miejsce poznym wieczorem okazalo sie ze mam rezerwacje tylko na jeden pokoj. Chlopak w hotelu nie umial znaleźć mojej rezerwacji. Bylismy w 5 osob I musialam w nocy szukac innego hotelu. Pracownik wiedzial ze nam zarezerwowane dwa pokoje bo mu pokazalam wydrukowany e-mail. Kazal mi kontaktowac sie ze Hotels.com. Zdenerwowana, pelna stresu szukałam innego hotelu, byl slaby internet i moj angielski nie byl perfekcyjny. Teraz okazazuje sie ze hotel sciagnal platnosc za dwa pokoje. Absolutnie nie polecam, szczegolnie dla osob nie mowiacych biegle w języku angielskim. Chlopak w hotelu powiedzial ze zwrócą mi pieniadze. Jesli nie mowisz biegle po angielsku zostaniesz zostawiony sam sobie, bez noclegu w nocy.

Our room had an ant problem, and there were holes in all of the bedding. We got locked out of our room twice, once at 5:30 am. The handout they gave us said the office opened at 6am, they didn't show up until almost 7am. Overall, a terrible experience and would not recommend at all.

Our rooms were infested with ants, stay away! I felt sorry for the dest clerk, she was doing her best and was overwhelmed with dealing with the front desk and the breakfast. Poor management

Room was spacious and well laid out. Bed was very comfortable. A second nightstand would be helpful. USB on bedside lamp did not work. Light above table did not function properly. It was very dim, but occasionaly got bright for a short time. We got to breakfast at 730 and only bagels remained. Coffee was empty. Front desk person refilled supplies, once informed. She was busy working front desk.

The 'free' breakfast consisted of a few poor offerings of muffins, buns, yoghurt etc. The dining area was extremely small and left many guests standing to eat their breakfast. Accommodation was good and the pool clean.
