Check in was fast and friendly. Room well... There was gross stuff on the wall, a spider in the corner of the ceiling. Which i left alone, because I found an ant on me as well. It would have been nice, if they would at least empty the garbage bins or make the bed during our stay, but that service seems to be outdated. Breakfast was very scarce Room served its purpose, but not impressed with the upkeep.

They are currently working on this hotel making improvements. It is an older hotel, but it has potential. The Pool was closed, which we were not aware of, but it will be nice for future guests if they restore it.

Filthy accommodations.

Filthiest motel I have ever stayed in! Husband and I just needed an overnighter on the way to AZ, pet friendly option. Yes you can have pets but be aware there is zero grass on the motel property for your dog. Busy road, walk up to the light and cross the street to the park. Neither of us would take our shoes off and walk on the disgusting carpet. I had to get my own disinfectant wipes from the car and clean the bathroom, hair all over the toilet and shower and cat litter and dirt on the floor in from if the toilet and bathtub. Sink was also filthy, this is coming from a couple who live on 20 acres and have cows so we aren't afraid of dirt, this was beyond acceptable. Tried to share photo of wipe after cleaning the floor, it won't let me upload a photo!

The pricing was similar to the cheapest national chains but we really liked being able to park right in front door of our room as that made loading and unloading much easier. Having a fridge in the room was really good too. The city park across the street was great for walking our pups. Plus it’s right on the main route in and out of Page.

Overall, not a bad experience. The AC and restroom fan in the room were quite loud, so some cleaning and maintenance there would definitely help. Cleanliness and the overall condition of the room were acceptable for the price. One downside was the unpleasant smell in the room. It wasn’t overwhelming, but noticeable when you first walk in. You do get used to it after a while, but it would be much better if they addressed the odor. Also, just a heads-up, there’s no microwave in the room, you’ll need to go to the front desk area to use one.

Hotels should not advertise this dump!

They have totally misrepresented their hotel! Ripped carpet, gross furniture. Dirty! 14 in tv being balanced with a paper towel wad. We had to switch rooms because the toilet was not secure. I tried to get my money back and cancel 2 nights. To no avail. Ruined our trip to say the least!
