Stayed for 3 nights and never had our room cleaned. Ran out of toilet paper and had to walk to the front desk for more. The pictures are deceiving. That pool they love to show off on the main page is about the size of a pool in someone’s backyard and the bonus is people eating dinner and lunch get to watch you swim through the windows. The boat rental marina isn’t the one behind it it’s miles away down the road and not walkable. Food is over priced and pizza place hours are ridiculously. If you want to leave the grounds to find dining, you pay 35 a day to come back as a park fee. Still trying to figure out why I paid a resort fee of 46.00 when my room was never touched. There are other places with the same view closer to town. Don’t waste your time, it’s not worth it .

The furniture was worn and outdated. The tub was clogged during our first stay, and when we were put in the same room three days later, it was still clogged. The bed was comfortable, though, and I liked the 4 pillows—lots of stains on the carpet and lots of bugs, including a bee in the bathroom. The staff was friendly.

The lobby was good and taken care of, pool was good as well but rooms were not. Rooms need more care and a better cleaning service. Food was ok. In general should offer a better quality service specially for the price

This hotel/property is old and in need of major rehabilitation. It is old and walls are paper thin. We had some obnoxious young asians next door from a larger tour group which did not help the hotels cause at all.
