We were unable to get to the property because of a freak rain event in Page that caused massive flooding in the canyon. The hotel would not refund our stay. I guess it wasn’t their fault but I was surprised they wouldn’t budge.i shouldn’t have been surprised because it’s a Motel 6. You get what you (don’t ) pay for. It was only under $100 so no big loss, but bad customer service on their part.

Room was small. Bathtub/shower was awful. Our room was next to the ice maker room and we could hear what sounded like people getting ice at all hours of the night even though we were told the ice maker didn’t work. Tom Bodette should be ashamed of this place.

Was good for what we needed. Good price and clean. No fridge or microwave. Clean and safe. Shower was awkward design and a little difficult to use. Ok though just for a night passing through.

Terrible service. I was greeted by an employee who was very rude. The walls are made out of cardboard. We could everyone coming and going in the hallway. The toilet made noise everytime someone flushed the toilet in nearby rooms. I could not spend an entire night in this motel let alone a single second more. I ended up paying 250$ to change to a hotel across the parking lot. I will be asking for a full refund due to lack of service and enjoyment.

When the room next door has a day.

The guests next door to me in a connected room were loudly talking, crying, and laughing to the point I had to call the front desk at 11:47 pm. Before that a cop came to there room about an issue they had with one of the guests passport around 10pm.
