Not much staff, the check in is a guy 9n a kiosk and during the day there MIGHT be 1 or 2 people at the front desk. We did find dead cockroaches all over our room and the sliding door to the balcony didn't open well at all

Decent place to stay, large parking lot was nice to accommodate my big truck and boat trailer. Breakfast was decent, very nice they have real eggs rather than the usual powered. Dog friendly was very helpful. Nice views. I would stay here again

The only redeeming quality of this property is the location. That too the property places misleading pictures of mountain views with balcony. The property itself is run down with serious need for property maintenance and refurbishments.

Not at all what we expected. Booked a king room with a balcony, but we were on the first floor. There was a patio , but it overlooks the parking area. Asked if we could get an upper room and were told we couldn’t. The rooms were clean but dated, with weird layout and a messy paint job. Breakfast area was ok not as appealing as other hotels we have stayed at. Lots of long tables, not a lot of 2-4 person seating. Wouldn’t stay here again.

First time to check in using a kiosk. Unpleasant and impersonal experience! The motel is dated. Room was unsatisfactory because the bathtub appeared to have not been cleaned in weeks. Breakfast was and laundry was acceptable and met our expectations.

The worst part was having to deal with a person on a TV screen that you could neither hear or understand Being hearing impaired made it worse The room was small and worn The accessible bathroom was a joke It had a tub with a sipperry bottom and a grab bar in the middle of the back wall that was difficult to grab because of the height of the tub Nothing on the wall next to the entry into the tub Only showers used I thought I booked a room with a lake view and a balcony got a room on the ground floor looking at the parking lot Was not a great experience I was told I could only get another room for an additional $40

Awful Experience

This hotel was not what I have expected from a Choice Hotel. It’s very very old with absolutely no updates. Air conditioning did not work. Door to outdoor deck got stuck and wouldn’t open. I may avoid using Choice hotel chains in the future.

Dirty Hotel rooms

Please , please do not stay there . The photos look nice on their site but in reality the rooms are disgusting . Dirty , old shabby furniture , windows so dirty hard to get a good view even if there was one . Unhelpful on the desk .Feeble excuse for not opening the pool ( prob in reality too much effort to clean it ) Absolutely the worst place we have stayed in on our two weeks touring vacation . Just felt sorry for the guests who were staying more than one night as they would not refund anyone , even though people were complaining . We were told up complain to Hotels . Com who we had booked the rooms through . They were totally unhelpful and believed the owners excuses rather than the guests , so disappointed that we were not listened too and in effect you have paid so get on with it . Absolutely so unhelpful and either stay or book somewhere else was the attitude . 0 stars
