Close to Lower Antelope Canyon tours and Page shops but you need a car to get around. Hotel had lots of parking. The buffet breakfast used disposable plastic plates and utensils, but the food was adequate. Staff were good, unobtrusive. Shower in bath.

Hotel was a little run down, and not the cleanest I’ve been in. BUT the staff was great, the laundry area and washers and dryers were clean. The pool is small, but was nice and the area was tidy. The view from the hotel at dusk was stunning!
