Good Breakfast; Great Views

They worked very hard to provide a great breakfast. The view of Lake Mead's valley from some of the rooms is amazing.

Room dated and in need of renovations, toilet wouldn't flush properly, room not well insulated for noise, flooring loose in bathroom, one overworked staff in the am and wouldn't open the laundry and ice machine room until 8am so no ice in the morning. This is the second stay at a Wyndham property that was sub par...beginning to think they should be avoided.

Not terrible, could improve.

Started off poorly....says we can check in at 3 pm. Got there a lil after 3, was told to come back at 4. Can I use the bathroom? No, they don't have a public one. That is unacceptable. ONCE we came back, we did get a great room with a good view. They do not use LOW LIGHTS, even with everything closed up, the room was too bright. Why in the world do they need mega-LEDs in the parking area? The breakfast, sold as "open at 6:30 am"...was a complete lie. Long line of people waiting, did not open up until 6:45 and then the flow is awful, stuff here and there and not together (you pick up waffle in this room, go to another to put into toaster). Not great choices. At least the coffee was okay. All in all...3 out of 5. Ice machine was working nicely, that is good, parking was fine, and no noise. Location is fantastic. They just need to work on a few things.

Old run down needs more renovation uneven cat walk up stairs triping hazard. Lots of daylight around door. Nroken atc unit sitting under stairs. Just dirty and old in general.

Worst of all time.

This was a terrible stay so far in my life. I stayed in room no 116 alongside withmy friends in rool 117. Bathroom is in very bad state and i can see stains everywhere. There is literally poop on the towels. When i raised the same with the hotel staff, they simply smiled and ignored. Breakfast was also terrible and who night a lot of sounds and disturbance because of the faulty celing. This is definately not acceptable.

Staff that ‘greeted’ us when we showed up a few mins before official check in time were quite grumpy and not friendly or helpful at all. Younger staff that actually checked us in after we waited half an hour was very cheerful and helpful. Everything else was great.

This is a rundown property, very old and in desperate need of updating. The pool loungers were all broken and unusable. The only plus was that the beds were comfortable .

We were lucky enough to given a newly refurbished room ,all i can say is wow if this is the new standard its fantastic ,first inpression counts and this room had it ,i cant praise it enough

Only stayed here for one night, but the room was in great condition and I would recommend it. The sheets were clean, the room is large, and there was unique toiletries such as makeup remover wipes. They do have an ice machine, but unfortunately the door was locked when we left by 7:00am so we were unable to fill our cooler. There was an outdoor pool that looked nice. Was relatively close to restaurants and very close to Antelope Canyon Tours office.
