Awesome place!

This was a family owned lovely place. It was comfortable, peaceful, and clean. It is a little older but everything was clean. Just what we need for lay our heads for 2 nights while we checked out Pagosa Springs.

Pagosa sweet visit

Everything was excellent. Friendly welcoming owners. Yummy breakfast. It was a really nice place to stay .Felt like home. Would really recommend this place. We will be back.

Hotel room was clean, they had a minfridge, coffe maker and a microwave. Beds were comfy enough. Really all we needed. Thin walls. Breakfast was, cereal, bread, bagels, muffins and a couple other items. There wasnt anything hot to eat, that we saw. But still was all we needed. Overall not a bad stay, 8 minutes from the hit springs

This is a quaint and quiet little in and served our needs well for the two nights we were there. Overall the property could use updating and it would’ve been nice to have a few more warm options for breakfast.

Very affordable and comfortable for a night. Flowers outside were lovely, showing owners care about the property. Breakfast had plenty of cold options in a comfy space.

Husband and wife own the property and live there. They are very interested in making guests comfortable. This type of hotel (small independent, older building) is not on the same level as Marriott of even Holiday Inn --- and I did not rate it in comparison to those. I rated it relative other lower price hotels.I want a clean room, no bugs. This one met that ... and had decent towels. It even had a multi-plug for electronics. The lack of that is a real limitation in other hotels. I would defiently stay here again.
